Christian Barnes began her real estate career in 2007 with Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate Kansas City Homes as a second-generation REALTOR®. Through hard work and strong leadership, she rose to become President/CEO and majority owner in 2020.

She is the highest-ranking female owner in the BHGRE network and the fourth highest across the broader Anywhere family of brands. Recognized for her leadership, she has served in numerous industry roles and was named REALTOR® of the Year by both the Kansas City and Kansas REALTOR® Associations in 2012 and 2020.

In 2022, she was honored as one of the Kansas City Business Journal’s Women Who Mean Business. Christian leads a team of 300 agents, staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging her national network to drive success at Kansas City Homes and in the wider community.
