Christian Barnes is the President and CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Kansas City Homes, where she leads one of the brand’s top-performing brokerages serving clients across Kansas and Missouri. Since assuming ownership of the firm in 2020 after a 13-year rise through the organization, Barnes has focused on building a brokerage culture defined by collaboration, professionalism, and long-term agent success. Under her leadership, BHGRE Kansas City Homes has strengthened its position as one of the region’s most respected real estate companies. Barnes is widely known for her ability to combine strategic vision with a people-first leadership philosophy, creating an environment where agents are empowered to master their craft, grow sustainable businesses, and deliver exceptional experiences for clients. A former University of Kansas scholarship athlete with a degree in Journalism and Advertising, Barnes brings both competitive drive and brand-focused strategy to brokerage leadership.
